Windows Installer for FrontPage pops up everytime I start Internet Explorer of MS Office APP

Since about a week ago, my PC pops up the Windows Installer window for
Front Page and attempts find the install CD, everytime I start
Internet explorer or any Microsoft Office Application. It started
after I installed a new program (PC Relocator). I have sinced removed
this program, but the install window pop ups still occur. Is there any
way I can stop this without removing Frontpage or reinstalling
microsoft office. I dont have my CDs with me on my business trip
