Windows Installer prompt up while first time run Office applicatio

I am using Win XP Pro and Office 2003. When first time run office
application, windows installer will prompt up and need to load some files in
Office installation disk. If generate a new profile, it will load files
again. How can I prevent this process? It is very inconvenience, if load
files every time after generate new profile.
