windows mail and publisher 2007

I have just loaded Publisher 2007, I have set Windows mail as the default
e-mail, running Vista. When I try to use the e-mail feature on Publisher it
keeps saying I need to Install Outlook and set as default. Outlook is not on
Vista just Windows mail.
