Windows Security Alerts is blocking some features

[Confused]

Hi:

Arghhhh. I am creating a web site for our company and since the SP update,
the windows security manager pops up a message in the explorer "..explorer
can block certain web features and give you a warning.." DUH. Sorry for
sounding so upset, but I am. Can anyone guide me to a link that describes
what causes this pop up or features it blocks?
