Windows XP Upadte re outlook

I understand that an windows update was supplied however
this attachment removes all attachments. I would like to
know how to remove this attachment because I want
attachments. I believe that it is a windows update because
I say this problem stated on a TV show, however I was
unaware that I was having this problem at that time so I
did not not the update number. Please Please help me if
you can. It would be helpful if you sent me the answer by
email to (e-mail address removed) but remember that all
attachments are removed so the answer must be in the text.

Is this what you are talking about? Open outlook express-click tools-click
options -click security- UNCHECK box that says: Do not allow attachments to
be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus. click apply- ok
