every time i start my computer document veiwer appears, any one know why and
how do i stop it

I don't know what program you mean by "document veiwer", but if it
starts automatically when you start Windows, then there is probably a
shortcut to the program in the Windows startup folder, and removing the
shortcut from the Windows startup folder should stop it.
