Winword error

I support a large network. I have been unable to fix Winword.exe error that
is being generated for a particular client. This happens randomly. The user
has changed computers, we have rebuilt her network profile, reinstalled
windows 2000 and Word 2000. Redone the Normal.dot. This works for some time
and then the problems returns. Have tried all other things but the problems
still remains. Does not generate the details of the error. Can you please
help.
