wireless connection problems with office 2003

I recently purchased a new laptop (acer aspire 5024), with built in wirless
connection, but when i install office professional 2003, the wireless
connection will not activate, when i remove office the wireless starts
working again. is this a common problem? is there a patch available? Any help
apreciated.

I don't see how Office would interfere with your wireless connection.
Perhaps you should consult Acer support for assistance.

I have consulted acer support for over 3 weeks now, they suggested that
office could cause the problem and it has been proven by myself that office
is causing the problem, just need a patch if ones available, because acer
wont refund the laptop because its a microsoft application causing the
problem, which means my only hope is microsoft
