I file was sent to all the users of my department for them to fill out. They
open the document and there's a series of questions. At the end of each
question there appear a small grey rec. box that they click and input their
answers. Problem is with one user who doesn't get those boxes. Instead he
get {formattext} grey out. I think it's a settings issue, but can't determine
where to fix the setting. Can anyone help?
