Word 2000 Opens all minimized windows

Hello,

An annoying feature (for me) in Word is the following. Say I have one
document open and minimized. Then I open another document. Word will bring
up the first document before it brings up the new one. Sometimes I don't
want people to see the first document. Certainly I don't want to have to
minimize it again.

I looked on mvps.org and didn't see anything related. Is there a way to stop
Word from opening the minimized windows everytime I open a new document?
