Word 2000 Printing

How do I print a booklet: 8 1/2 x 11 paper, in landscape, to fold in half that can be handed out to employees (I can set up the page to be landscape and with 2 pages per sheet, but printing so it can be stapled down the middle and folded into a booklet is unknown to me)
