Word 2002 hanging

Hi!
I hv a Win 2k Prof system running Office XP Standard. I logged in as
administrator (that machine) and installed Office XP. When I try to run Word
as a standard (non-admin) user, it starts but as soon as I try to open a file
it hangs. What could be the problem?

It's VV Urgent. Please help!!
