Word 2002 no longer saved documents

File:Save and File:Save as no longer work in my copy of 2002. They still work
in Excel.

All other commands such as File:Open etc. appear to be ok. I recently
transfered my settings using the "Filke And Transfer Settings Wizard" after
joining a network domain. Any ideas ?

Solved. The File / Settings Transfer Wizard had not copied normal.dot from my
old profile into my new one. I copied it manually and I can now save files.
