Word 2003: File-Save As- not displaying subfolders

Hi,
When trying to do a File->Save As to a network drive, I drill down to a
subfolder and should see 50 or so subfolders to save a file in. I do not see
these subfolders. I go to Windows Explorer and see them fine. Another
directory structure on the same network drive displays all the subfolders in
it's tree just fine -- just not this one. I couldn't tell any difference
(and it has worked in the past -- not sure what changed). Any ideas as to
why the subfolders don't display in the "File - Save As" "Save In:" aren't
being displayed?
