Word 2003 opens twice on Terminal Server 2003

HI,

I have a problem where a user in a 2003 Terminal Server session opens Word
2003 he gets the document plus a blank word session that is unresponsive.

When you close the document the phantom session also closes.

What is causing this phantom session?

Hi Gyorgy,

The only addins are PDFMaker.dot and azwzrd10.dot.
