Word 2003 Toolbars

I put this question years ago when I was using my Office 2000....



How can I lock my Word toobar so it does not keep changing

the buttons as you used them. ( Popularity )



The answer from some of you was:

Go to the Options tab of Tools | Customize and clear the check box for

"Menus show recently used items first."



However, I cant find that on my new Office 2003.

How I do it on my new Office ?

The check item is now called 'always show full menus'. It's still in tools >
customize > options.
