Word 2003 unable to open word 2000 document

Similar to the other word 2003 not being able to open word 2000 document
(claims it is corrupted) question, some users are able to use the Open and
Repair but others will still get the same error box over and over. Those
users cannot open the file at all and we have tried several different
approaches but none have worked so far.

I currently have a user here who created a doc in 2000 and can not open it in
2003. Not sure if it has something to do with clipart or not. I know if
they emailed it to someone else and they opened it, saved it and sent it back
the user was able to open it. Any answers out there?
