Okay, I may sound like a real idiot here because I cannot figure out #1 How all of my word documents became "protected" and #2 How to "unprotect" them. I have tried the help menu several times with different key words , but most of the time the tasks on the menu bar that I am supposed to go to are not highlighted- so I cant go into them. That is #3 problem. I am really not sure what to do- I cannot edit a previous document, nor can I open and create a new one- I cannot type anything.
Has anyone had this problem before?
