Word 2005 Templates Downloaded

I have downloaded a calendar template of the internet for WORD 2005. It does
not work. It is a filename.cab. What am I doing wrong?

You should not be trying to open this file in Word! Double-click on it in a
Windows Explorer window (but you may still not be able to open it unless you
have a program (such as WinZip) that can open .cab files.
