While I am typing in the endnote field, the screen will suddenly jump to the
very bottom of the document; cannot return to point in text without hitting
"page up" several times and/or using scrolling button on mouse several times
and/or hitting scroll function on screen several times; in the meantime, the
page at the "end" of the document appears blank, and displaying incorrect
page numbers. Once the scrolling begins to work, it usually returns me to the
top of the endnote field.
