Word 2007 - Export Normal.dotm template to another PC

I have set up Styles for all Documents based on that template on a PC with XP
using Word2007. This needs to be setup on 4 other PCs. In Word 2003 I was
able saves styles to the Normal.dot template then go Tools - Templates &
Addins and save the Normal.dot template and copy that to other PCs. How do I
do that with Word 2007.

If you are trying to copy styles between documents and/or templates, you can
still do that via the Organizer. You can access the dialog box by pressing
Alt+F8 and then clicking the Organizer button.

Alternatively, use the "New documents based on this template" option (in the
Modify Style dialog box) to transfer the settings of a style to the attached
template.

If you are replacing users' Normal templates with your own Normal template,
their customizations will be removed, which is why such an approach is *not*
recommended. It is, however, still possible. You have to notice that the
file name of the Normal template in Word 2007 is normal.dotm.

Hi Stefan - thank you so much for your help. I had just given up and thought
that I would not get an answer. I am delighted. Margy
