I am trying to help out a friend who is still using the
dinosaur version of this program. He says that when he
goes into "My Documents" to open up a word doc., or when
he tries to open it thru the Start\Program menu, the
program will partially open and then begin to blink on
the screen. All other programs are running normally. Any
ideas?
