word adds 'numbering' when pasting between 2 docs.

Hi,

I have been trying to paste a drawing canvase from my doc. to someone elses
and Word automatically adds 'numbering' to all the text boxes (my labling for
the drawing). I have looked at the 'format>bullets and numbering' but seems
to not be doing it. I pasted it into a new doc. on my pc and it works just
fine, but there just seems to be some strange formating on this persons doc.
Is there a way to see where the problem might lie within a foreign Doc. or a
way to fix this problem?

Check the style name at the insertion point where you're pasting. Change the
style to Normal first, and then paste.
