Word affected by Virus

Dear all,

I have so many word document in my mydocument folder,
yesterday onwards it shows a small word icon and when I
execute it is not opening. I right click on the file and
on properties it says "remil cafe" and no Micorsoft Word
written over there. I suspect this is a virus i got one of
the attachment. And all my document is changed I can'topen
this, I have latest virus definition installed but still.
pls anyone can help how can I revert back my word
documents. I try to open from Word and it shows some
garbage.

OFFICE version XP installed, it happend only on word docs.

Try highlighting one of the documents in Explorer and then shift+rightclick
and chose Open With. From the list, select Winword and see if the document
opens OK. If it doesn't, then download the latest version of Stinger from
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ and check for a virus.
