Is there anyway in Publisher 2003 that I can manipulate text the same way as
in Publisher 2000? Specifically, I'd like to make letters even height,
adjustintg the space between letters and the shape of the text within the
frame. (All of the easy "buttons" on 2000.

There is a WordArt compatibility utility you can download. You use it by Insert,
Object, scroll down to Microsoft WordArt 3.2.

I have Publisher 2003. I figured out what I needed, but I think you may have
misunderstood the question. I just wanted to be able to manipulate word art
the same way I did in the 2000 version. I have it covered now, thanks.
