Word COM Addin can't run on second document

Hi every one,
I wrote a Office ComAddin in vb 2005 and via it I created a popup on word ,
when I open word and open a document in word I can use popup menu and
everything is ok but when I open second document in word the popup can't work
and hasn't any action .
Please help me.

I'm experiencing the same problem with vba code in a template. It seems the
code is not inherited into the a new document based off the template. Did you
find any fix for this?

By "VB 2005" I assume you mean VS (Visual Studio)? Have you seen this article,
that describes how you have to use the TAG property of your commandbars and
commandbar buttons so that they can work in multiple windows?
