WORD Document auto copy to another document

Curious if there is a way to have two identical WORD
documents (one on my C drive and one on a shared network
drive) and be able to have it setup that if one document
is modified, its identical twin is changed as well? Thanks.

Hi mso,

The easiest would be to have a single INCLUDETEXT field in the document on
the shared drive.

Cheers!

How about a shortcut on your C drive to the document on the network drive?
If you have two documents and want to maintain the same content, what
happens if user A makes one change on copy 1 while user B makes a different
change in copy 2?

See the MVP FAQ: <URL: http://www.mvps.org/word/> which is awesome!
