Word document

When I open my document in Microsoft Word, no formatting
is displayed, and square boxes and symbols appear. Then
the mesaage "Microsoft has encountered a problem..." and
it shuts down "Word"

the mesaage "Microsoft has encountered a problem..." and
it shuts down "Word"

This document is damaged. The only chance you have to
recover it would be the "Recover text from any file" option
in the list of File types at the bottom of the File/Open
dialog box.
