There were problems with MS Office XP Professional so user
removed Office Pro and installed MS Office XP Standard SP-
2. You can create Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
that can be opened by other office users but the user that
created the document gets "The file xxx from xp.doc in not
available" opening with Word and when you close work you
get "The file Normal.dot already exists. Do you want to
replace the existing file?". With Excel you get the
message "Unable to read file." With PowerPoint "PoerPoint
can't read C:\userdata\test.ppt". No documents created on
other computers can be opened. This is a Windows XP
Professional OS.
Any ideas?
