word on top

I am opening a document from another application and sometimes the document
is not on top -- I have an application.maximize command as well as a
window.maximize command yet still, sometimes, the Word document is behind my
other application. What else can I use to make sure it is always on top of
the other application?

Seems pretty complicated.

You might need vb runtimes.
