When clicking on a web link that is a Word document, Word
attempts to open the document but we just get a blank grey
Word Screen. When you try to close the blank screen you
get the message "WINWORD.EXE has generated errors and will
be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the
program. An error log is being created."
Now if you open Word outside of Internet Explorer this
does not happen. Also this is a "per user" problem as
other users can login to the same computer and do not have
the same problem.
Any help would be appreciated
