Word opens one of my saved Docs

Everytime I open MS Word 2000 it opens one of my saved Docs
how can I get it to open a blank Doc?
I deleted the normal.dot

I upgraded to Word 2003 it does the same thing

I deleted the the file that it always opens it still does it

It could be you have more than one Normal.dot. Try using
Windows Search and search for multiple occurrences of
Normal.dot.
