Are you referring to the main document or the completed merge? If the
completed merge then probably not since they do not typically contain
the merge fields.
Now, if you are talking about a "Keyboard Merge" type of document then
Word really doesn't have a compatible feature for this. There are
similar options so if that is what you are interested in let is know
and we'll point you in the right direction.
