Word prompt for permission to delete selected Block.

User try to delete a selected Block in word, and word prompt for permission
to delete.

How do I switch it off?

Tools > Options > General
Uncheck both of the items having to do with Word Perfect.

This is caused by WordPerfect option settings. Go to Tools>Options>General
and uncheck
"Help for WordPerfect Users" and "Navigation keys for WordPerfect Users."
