Word should return to its old drawing format

I *despise* how the new word has you draw arrows, squares, circles, etc.
That block that comes up to say "create your drawing here" is awful....it
used to be that you could just put your drawing in where you like. The
procedure before wasn't broken....so don't try to fix it!

You can turn off the drawing canvas by clicking on Tools | Options |
General | uncheck the "Automatically create drawing canvas when
inserting AutoShapes" box | OK.
