When I attach a Word 2003 document with a table of
contents (e.g., pages 1-10) to an email (Outlook 2003) to
be sent, the recipient's version of the document will
have the table of contents page showing page 1 listed
correctly but the remaining page numbers of the table of
contents all show up as 2's (instead of 3, 4, 5, etc.).
Cause? Cure?
