Word times out

OS is Win XP Pro SP2, and Office 2003. One of my user said that her Word
closed by itself. Is there a timeout period, and if so, how do i change it?

Hi, Drona. There is no timeout period. When this occurs, does the user get
an error message, and if so, what does it say? Does this occur when the user
is actively working in Word, or when Word is open but minimized? See

thanks for answering. there is no error message. Word is minimized when this
occurs. Let me add that this happens sporadically.
