Hey King Kool,

Versions are a handy feature of Word that let you save multiple versions of
a document in one actual file...it might sound confusing but it's not too
bad. Open up a blank Word document, type something in it, go to Versions, and
click "save now." As a piece of advice, put in something descriptive for the
comment so you know what each individual version has in it. Okay, save it,
and now type some more stuff in the document and go back to Versions. You'll
see the version you previously saved is already there. Click "save now"
again, again giving it some kind of descriptive name. Then go back to
Versions again, and click on the older version you saved first. See, it opens
up that version of the document even though there's really only one Word
file. It can be really useful if you're making lots of changes to a document
and want to keep all of them, but don't want to clutter your hard drive. Hope
this helps.

Be aware that the use of this feature can result in some VERY large Word
documents over time.
