Word windows question

In Word 2003 when I cycle through my open documents with Ctrl F6, they often
appear as a small box. How can I change this so that a maximized window
appears each time?

I might have minimized some of them, Bob. I'll try your suggestion and I
think it just might be the answer. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it!
