When I open certain word files,the top blue line starts blinking and then I can't shut it down. When I minimize it, it still will blink, then i have shut down the computer manually then reboot and start over. I tried to delete the software and reload from the CD that came with the dell computer but it still happens.
Please Help

If you are running Norton Antivirus, disable the Office Plugin that comes with it.
