Word2003 loses menu sort order.

When accessing a menu with stored letters I find that these
are always out of order requiring me to sort them by name.

This setting does not remain, and next time I have to sort
them again.

This problem has started only recently.

Is this on a Windows XP machine? Do you have TweakUI installed?
