Work flow/routing/approval type software for outlook/Exchange

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this question. I'm looking
for a software that will facilatate our company's email work
flow/routing/approval process. We're using Outlook 2000 for most of the
email clients and Exchange 2000. If I'm posting this in the wrong forum, I
apologize in advance.

Somebody help me out!

Everytime I send mail with my outlook, it comes out with this error message:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server.
The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Enquiry', Account:
'mail.gogsm.net', Server: 'mail.gogsm.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '450 4.7.1
<[email protected]>... Relaying temporarily denied. Cannot resolve PTR record for
80.255.38.249', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 450, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

This basically means that when you do a "nslookup" for your domain qkon.com that is does
not
resolve back to qkon.com. You need to call your ISP and tell you want "reverse lookup" for
your IP Address to be qkon.com
