Work on a resource gets reset

Hi
One of our users are experiencing a strange behavior, he has a task with one
work and one material resource assigned to it. If he deletes the material
resource the work resource work hours get reset to 8h. Any help on this would
be appreciated!

Hi MrHarakiri ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Check that the material resource is correctly defined. In the Resource
Information dialog, General tab, is the Typr: Material selected?
