Does anyone know why the tools>send and recieve >
work with headers
sometimes appears and then it doesn't show up?
I have marked some message headers to be downloaded and have done so
successfully sometimes, but it seems like a gamble whether or not it
appears. Right now it is not showing up even though I want some things to
be downloaded.
Is this a flaw with MS Outlook 2002 ?
