Not sure why these are so BIG - Not sure where the ? came from 13,446 not
sure where that number came from

"?" = estimated. It means someone (maybe you) entered work hours and resources
and the system calculated 76 days. If the question mark was gone, then you
would have entered the date directly.

The calculation is

Duration X (Person Hours Per Day X Units) = Work, with Units being roughly
the number of FTE's on the task.

Somewhere, your calculations must be off. I'd recommend checking the variables
involved. Split the screen in the Gantt Chart (Windows > Split), select
the tasks in question, and see if anything looks odd.
