Working with multiple Calendars

I am using MS Project 2000 and XP. I have 4 projects going simultaneously and
one of the resource is in all four. I have created a calendar for that
resource in each project and can open each project and view the calendar
individually; however, this is time consuming. Is there a way to import all
Calendars in one main Project so that I can view them all?

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Yes, create a resource pool. However once you've done that, do not
over-write, move or rename any of the schedules otherwise sooner or later
you will corrupt the pool and probably a project file as well. Read help on
resource pools.
