Working with Outlook 07 and Access 07

Just some questions:
1. when "add from outlook" it only brings up a list of contacts that contain
email addresses.
2. I would like to only import contacts from the business category for
example. How do I accomplish that without creating an entire separate contact
folder? The only problem I have with creating a separate business contact
folder is that it seeminly won't syn with my pocket pc device. AND it still
only imports contacts with email addresses.
