Works Suite interface for Office 2003

I felt comfortable working with Works Suite because all the program elements
were displayed for me to choose which program I wanted to use. I'd like to
be able to access the same type of interface with Office Suite 2003.
How do I configure Office Suite 2003 to copy the Works Suite interface?

You don't. If you're not adult enough to use Office, suggest you stick with
Works.
