Wrap Text in Shape Data

Julie

I have made a process flow diagram with swimlanes. For each shape, I have
assigned Shape Data and have made it so that the Shape Data appears at the
bottom of the screen. Each Shape has six fields with assigned data. My
problem is that the value does not wrap and runs off to the side of the page
making it so that the reader has to scroll to the right to see all of the
text. Is there a way to make it wrap?

Thanks!

Can you not just put a new line between two of the fields?

That doesn't seem to work. If I could somehow adjust the row height or have
it wrap, but I'm not sure how. Thanks for the idea though.

What shape contains thse fields?

Rectangles should normally wrap the text.
Look in the shape's shapesheet, look to see if there is a
TextTransform section, look at the cell TxtWidth. Set this cell to
"width" (without the quotes).
