Writing a letter, based on my own template?

When I have created my own templates in Word, how do I write letter to one
single contact from the Outlook Contact Card?
(Using MS Outlook as a CRM program, with automatic getting the name, adress
and such in the letter?)

That is much too much vaste of time.
When writing a letter from the Contact Card, I want to be able to use my own
template in addition to those from MS.
Isn't that possible?
